Privacy.

This site is run by crue, a service of Indian Beach LLC. This page lists what we collect, where it goes, and why. We don't sell personal information and we don't use it for advertising.

What we collect

The form. Name, company, email, phone if you add it, and your answer to one question about where your time goes. After you book, three more optional questions: revenue range, who else should join the call, and how you heard about us.

How you found us. Your browser stores the page you landed on, the page that referred you, and any campaign or partner tags in the link, for 30 days. It is sent to us only if you submit the form. This tells us which channel sent you. We don't track you across other sites.

Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics. It sets no cookies and records aggregate page views, referrers, and device types, not individuals.

Server logs. Our host (Vercel) keeps short-lived request logs that may include your IP address, for security and reliability. They expire on the provider's standard schedule.

Where it goes

Form answers land in our database (Supabase) and our CRM (HubSpot). That record is how we prepare before we meet and how we follow up after. Emails between us are sent through Resend. Scheduling runs on HubSpot Meetings; the name and email you gave pre-fill the calendar.

Calls

Assessment calls are recorded and transcribed (Fireflies) so the notes you get reflect what was actually said. We use Claude (Anthropic) to prepare before the call and to draft your notes from your answers and the transcript. Rather not be recorded? Say so before or on the call and we'll take notes by hand instead.

What we don't do

No advertising cookies. No selling your information. No sharing it with third parties for marketing. No cross-site tracking.

Your choices

Email contact@gocrue.com to see what we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We answer within a business day.

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
