How the money works

A chief AI officer runs $350,000 a year.

Most businesses under $50M can't hire one. That's the gap we fill.

These are the complete terms. There is no other fine print.

  • The 25-minute assessment is free. No cost, no obligation.
  • The AI Opportunity Snapshot is $1,200: a written brief with three opportunities and the numbers behind each, delivered in 48 hours, or you don't pay. Yours to keep.
  • Executive Onboarding is $1,000 per leader, a three-hour live session. See the full difference →
  • crue Concierge is $1,500 a month, cancel any month. Capped at 6 clients.
  • Builds are scoped to the spec, fixed price, billed at go-live, typically $3,000 to $15,000.

How the Snapshot credit works

The Snapshot costs $1,200. If you buy anything from us within 30 days of receiving it, the full $1,200 credits against that purchase. You never pay for the Snapshot twice.

If the numbers aren't there, we tell you first.

Questions owners ask
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. We do the research before we meet.
What happens after the assessment?
If it is a fit, we tell you exactly what we would build and what we would skip. No pre-packaged proposal.
Do you sell software?
No. We build around your problem, not a product.
What does it cost?
The assessment is free. The AI Opportunity Snapshot is $1,200, credited in full toward anything you buy from us within 30 days. Executive Onboarding is $1,000 per leader, crue Concierge is $1,500 a month with cancellation any month, and builds are scoped to the work.
Let's talk

One call is where we find out.

Four fields, then pick a time that works. Twenty-five minutes later you know where AI pays off first in your business, and what to do about it, whatever you decide about us. If the fit isn't there, we say so first.

You'll meet Ryan Christensen, crue co-founder. 20 years in enterprise operations.
