crue ("we," "us," or "our") operates the AI workspace platform available at gocrue.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our services, including when you connect your Google account.

1. Information We Collect
When you connect your Google account to crue, we may request access to the following Google services:
Gmail: We access your Gmail data to read, draft, and send emails on your behalf as part of AI-assisted workflow automation. We do not store email content beyond what is necessary to complete a requested task.
Google Calendar: We access your Google Calendar to read and create calendar events as part of scheduling and workflow automation features. Event data is used only to fulfill your requests within the platform.
Google Drive: We access your Google Drive to read, create, and organize files as part of document management and workflow automation. File content is processed only to complete your requested tasks.
We also collect basic account information (name, email address) when you sign in with Google.

2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we access solely to provide and improve the crue platform features you have requested. Specifically:
- To operate AI-assisted workflows connected to your Gmail, Calendar, and Drive
- To display relevant data within your private crue workspace
- To complete actions you explicitly request through the platform
We do not use your Google data to serve advertisements.
We do not sell your Google data to any third party.
We do not use your Google data for any purpose other than providing the crue service.

3. Google API Services — Limited Use Disclosure
crue's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. This means:
- We only request access to data that is necessary for the features you use
- We do not transfer your Google data to third parties except as necessary to provide the service, or as required by law
- We do not use your Google data for serving ads or for any purpose unrelated to the crue platform
- We do not allow humans to read your Google data unless you have given explicit permission, it is necessary for security purposes, or it is required by law

4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is processed within our secure, logically isolated cloud infrastructure hosted on Microsoft Azure. We do not store Google user data beyond active session requirements. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS.
We do not share your Google data with any third-party AI systems. AI processing is performed using the Anthropic API under a zero data retention policy, meaning your data is not retained by Anthropic after processing.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or Google account data with third parties for their own purposes. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

You may revoke crue's access to your Google account at any time by visiting your Google Account permissions at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access will immediately disconnect your Google data from the platform.
